Teen Lounge

The Sun Youth Teen Lounge is a youth center for teens living in the vicinity of the organization. Opening hours are Monday through Friday, from 3:30 pm to 9 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 6 pm. It offers many activities for all ages to enjoy. In addition, the Teen Lounge has a widescreen TV for watching movies or sporting events. The arcade room offers a selection of video games and other dexterity games such as Baby Foot, a pool table and hockey table. There is also a room where young people can practice team sports such as ball-hockey.

Free Gym

The Sun Youth gym is available during the school year, Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 6 pm, to young people under 18 years old who attend the Youth Zone. Access to the gym is free and no registration is required. Users of the gym must bring their own equipment.

Recreational Sports

Sun Youth offers young people, whether members or not of a Hornets team, the chance to develop their skills in their respective sport between the regular seasons. Boys and girls aged from 7 to 17 years old can come and practice their favorite sport on evenings and weekends under the supervision of qualified coaches, many of them former Hornets, college, university or professional athletes.
